A simple and very versatile piecethat, you can wear on a wide variety of occasions!

This dress features kimono sleeves (so no underarm seams!), is loose-fitting at the top, and tapers toward the bottom. It features a boat neckline and two large pockets divided into two sections atthe hips.

I’ll explain step by step how to complete this project; you’ll just need to know how to use a sewing machine for basic stitches, so it’s a project that’s perfect even for those who are new to sewing.

By working on this project, you’ll be able to refine your skills and learn new sewing techniques.

We make this pattern out of hemp-linen, but it also works perfectly with any other natural fabric—for example, 100% linen for a rustic, worn-in look—or, why not, you could even repurpose some cotton tablecloths or vintage fabric!
