Returns and Refunds
Returns and Size Exchanges:
If your purchase does not meet your expectations or the size you chose is incorrect, you can return the item for a refund or request a size and/or color exchange within 14 days of receiving the item. Size and/or color exchanges are free for shipments within Italy (excluding Venice and smaller islands, for which a fee of 5 euros applies).
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. The garment must be returned with the tags attached and in the original packaging.
To return an item or exchange it for a different size, follow these steps:
1) Go to the returns management portal by clicking on this link. https://flexreturnapp.com/s/laurels-apron
2) Fill out the form by entering your order number and email address.
3) Please indicate whether you would like to request:
- a size exchange

a refund for the item - a store credit for the item
Your request will be approved within 24 business hours. Once approved, we will email you the return shipping label.
After affixing the label and carefully sealing the package, you can go to the BRT point nearest you to drop off the return. At the link below, you can find a list of all BRT Fermopoint locations near you:

If you’re requesting a size and/or color exchange
: Once we receive the item you’ve returned, we’ll ship the replacement in the correct size. Size and/or color exchanges arefree for shipments within Italy; for shipments to the rest of Europe, a 4-euro processing fee applies.
If you request a
store credit , we will issue a store credit with no expiration date that is valid on all items in the online store. The gift card will be issued within 7 business daysof receiving the package.
If you request
a refund, the amount paid for the items purchased will be refunded within 7 business daysof our receipt of the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase. In the case of cash on delivery, the refund will be issued via bank transfer (any additional fees related to cash on delivery will not be refunded).
Since we are a small business, we cannot cover the full cost of returns; therefore, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded. If the order qualified for free shipping, 5 euros will be deducted from the refund (for orders shipped to Venice and the smaller islands, the amount deducted is 10 euros).
It is not possible to return or exchange items purchased during private sales, personalized items(embroidery, length adjustments), or made-to-order items .
For international shipments (Europe):, return shipping costs 13 € , will, be deducted directly from the refund amount. The customer is responsible for returning the package at their own expense. For
sewing patterns and kits,
only the purchased fabric may be exchanged. Sewing patterns and tutorials included in the kit cannot be returned or exchanged. It is also not possible to return sewing patterns purchased in digital format.
