Refunds

All returns will be inspected to verify the original condition of the items. The refund will be issued within 15 business days from the date the return package is handed over to the courier. The amount corresponding to the returned item will be credited back to the card or payment method (e.g., PayPal) used for the purchase. For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer. Any additional fees associated with cash-on-delivery shipping will not be refunded.
