We directly oversee every stage of the process, from fabric production to garment manufacturing, carefully selecting certified suppliers.

🧵 Weaving 

: Our hemp-based fabrics  are produced in select weaving mills located in  Lombardy and, Veneto—regions where textile tradition meets sustainable innovation. It is here that some of our most iconic materials take shape, such as hemp denim and hemp canvas, prized for their durability, breathability, and low environmental impact.

As for our recycled denim fabrics in the classic indigo blue shade, we rely on carefully selected external suppliers certified by GOTS and Fairtrade. . These materials are produced in Turkey and Egypt, in factories that adhere to strict ethical and environmental standards.

✂️ Garment Manufacturing 

Our products are manufactured entirely in Italy. Most of our production is concentrated in Veneto, —a region with a long tradition in textiles—where we collaborate with specialized external workshops. 

🌀 Washing and Dyeing After

the manufacturing phase, each garment undergoes a specific treatment that varies depending on the type of fabric. This may involve a simple wash—as is the case with jeans or yarn-dyed garments—or a full garment dyeing process.
This process also takes place in Veneto, at a specialized, GOTS-certified supplier.

✔️ Ironing and Quality Control 

: In this phase, we ensure that every garment meets our quality standards. Detailed inspections are conducted, and minor manual repairs are made as needed. Items with irreparable defects are set aside and not released to the market. Next, each product is ironed before being prepared for shipment. All these operations take place in Veneto,, reflecting our commitment to a local and responsible supply chain.

📦 Packaging and Shipping 

Once all inspections have been passed, the garment is ready to be sent to the customer. Some packages are prepared in-house, while a portion of shipments is handled by an external logistics partner based in Veneto.
