Logbook, November, Paolo here.
Just over a month to go and this year will be over. At this point, it feels more natural than ever to think about the concept of evolution, which is perfectly expressed in the phrase embroidered on some of the items in our collection: In progress.
The creative process is constantly evolving. Just think that in our atelier today it is autumn, but also spring. We are already imagining the next collection, we are planning a new garment, and we are immersed in the choices that we have to make when we create something new, between fabrics and colors.

Misadventures on the road: it takes creativity to come up with a plan B
Evolving also means learning from what happens to you, and it goes without saying that the unexpected is the order of the day: just to give a recent example, a few weeks ago the courier lost our fabric, an entire pallet went missing. In addition to the financial damage, the unexpected always tends to cause delays in the schedule. Over the years, however, we have learned to be smarter, protecting ourselves with solutions that allow us to work within a safe threshold. It also takes creativity to come up with a plan B!
In this specific case, we had divided the fabric shipment into two batches and, fortunately, one of them arrived at its destination, so the collection is safe.

How a collection evolves
The fall/winter collection is also in full swing. To explain it better, the commercial calendar must take into account the "seasons within the season," because in September you need different clothing than in December, for obvious reasons of temperature and more.
So, we started in September with the launch of blue jeans and moved on to garments in increasingly deep and cool shades, in keeping with the tones of winter. The last part of the year, on the other hand, is dedicated to Christmas gifts, to which we have paid particular attention this year, creating a series of proposals to suit all budgets.

The last few weeks of the year will be intense, but we are happy
If every new collection is made up of materials—fabrics, buttons, threads, and textures—and concepts, we are very happy with how our message is taking off. We are enthusiastically tackling the last month of 2025, with orders, shipments, and new horizons to explore, determined to see each of our new ideas become a concrete project in the making.
